Video-tutorialsKUBO Play classroom management includes assessment tools that help teachers evaluate students’ coding skills and track their development over time.
With KUBO Play classroom management system teachers can monitor students’ progress in real-time, providing immediate feedback and support when needed.
Recognize and celebrate students’ achievements with KUBO. Whether it’s successfully completing a challenge or creating an impressive program, acknowledging their efforts boosts motivation.
Turn on the KUBO robot by attaching the body to the head via the magnet. To pause and reset KUBO, simply remove the head.
Integrate KUBO into various subjects, including math, science, and geography. For example, students can program KUBO to travel along a map and learn about different locations.
Start with simple programming by introducing students to the fundamental commands they can construct functions with. As the students progress, gradually introduce more complex commands and coding concepts.
Professional development of educators can enhance the effectiveness of KUBO in the classroom. We offer E-Learning, webinars and whitepapers to tell more about coding and robotics. Check them out here.
Maps can be customized with small obstacles and fun challenges for KUBO to overcome. Go to Map Maker and create a map tailored to your coding activities.
Use KUBO as an assessment tool to evaluate students’ understanding of concepts. Create quizzes or challenges that require them to apply what they’ve learned through coding.
The KUBO Hands-On Coding Starter Set includes the robot, TagTiles, and a map to create a comprehensive learning experience. Additional sets are available with different combinations of TagTiles to suit various educational needs. Learn more.
Did you know that KUBO is a robot designed specifically for early education? You can start introducing kids to programming as early as at age of 4 and continue using the product until they are 12.
KUBO’s cute and friendly design makes it approachable for young learners. With its sound and light feedback, it’s intuitive for students to work with KUBO. You can learn more in the KUBO CODING Quick Start Guide.
KUBO’s TagTiles can be arranged to create a sequence of commands. The tiles allow the students to create complex code with conditions, variables, and loops in a simple, logical way. With the KUBO Coding Math Set, the students are thought math in a fun and interactive way.
KUBO TagTiles are physical, puzzle-like coding blocks used to program the robot. Each tile represents a specific programming command, such as move forward or turn left. The tiles use intuitive symbols and patterns, making them easy for students to understand.
The KUBO Activity Map portraits a fun school environment perfect for combining coding with storytelling. With its grid it provides spatial context for robot navigation and makes classroom activities more fun. You can also print and create your own map with our Map Maker tool.
While KUBO Play is an excellent digital solution, integrating our Hands-On materials can profoundly impact learning effectiveness. See how Blended Learning with KUBO can transform your educational experience. Learn more about Blended learning here.
Did you know that KUBO tiles are color-coded for easy identification? You can learn more about tiles in each set here.
Foster collaboration by having students work in pairs or small groups to program KUBO for specific tasks or challenges. This promotes teamwork and communication.
KUBO offers a resource library with a wide range of educational materials, lesson plans, and coding challenges that align with curriculum standards.
Did you know that you can download fun cross-curricular activities for free? With their unique maps and costumes they’re perfect for integrating storytelling in your coding activities.
With KUBO Play, educators can tailor learning paths to meet the specific needs for each student.
KUBO provides a tangible way for kids to understand programming logic. The unique TagTile® programming language enables students to construct advanced coding concepts – as easy as solving a puzzle.
Design coding challenges that require students to use KUBO to navigate mazes or solve puzzles. This encourages critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Did you know that the KUBO sets and curriculum are aligned with educational standards such as ISTE, CSTA, NGSS, TEKS, and Common Core State Standards?
Use KUBO to create interactive storytelling lessons. Students can program the robot to act out scenes from stories they’ve read or even create their own narratives.
Each TagTile® is covered with non-slippery silicone at the bottom to provide a better experience when coding with KUBO. You don’t have to worry about your code slipping away!
