By creating a student profile for a user who is under 18 years old you confirm that you have a consent of parents or guardians of the child.
When educators create student profiles on our platform, we do not collect or require the use of personally identifiable information such as full names, email addresses, or phone numbers for students. Instead, we encourage teachers to create unique, non-identifying nicknames or pseudonyms for their students. These nicknames are used solely within the educational context to facilitate communication and assignments, ensuring that students' personal information remains confidential and protected. We are committed to maintaining a secure and privacy-conscious environment for all users, especially students, on our platform.

When an educator deletes a student profile the connected personal data will be deleted. Once a year, on the 25. of may or the next workday, will review the personal data stored by us, to determine if the personal data still are necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed. We will erase the data for which this is not the case.
